IP Telephony IP telephony is essentially an advanced voice transmission technology service that allows you to make a phone call over an existing Local (LAN) or Wide Area Network (WAN)as opposed to using the regular landline phone system. Of course, this technology requires the installation of specific software and hardware, however the end result is well worth the investment. Companies, schools, and private citizens are realizing how cost effective IP telephony can be, and the number of services and features offered with this technology is unparalleled.

IP Video IP video makes it possible for you to see what is going on in another location from the convenience of your computer. This technology has grown in leaps and bounds, and it is widely used today in private homes, daycare centers, schools, and places of business. Parents especially appreciate the IP video technology because they can check in on their children throughout the day whether they are at school or at home in the care of a babysitter or nanny.

School Security School security is a big issue, as events in the recent past have forced school officials to come up with better ways of monitoring school grounds. Unfortunately, it is not enough to place hall monitors in strategic locations within the school anymore, as it is impossible for humans to always see what is going on at all times. In order to deter trouble, schools are looking towards advanced technology to help them keep their learning environments free from harm and their students and staff safe.
